Most companies are capable of fabricating their own decorative grills. However, having worked out the costs for stock, labour (including holidays and sickness) and the inevitable mistakes, many companies find it more cost effective to buy in their grills from a specialist grill supplier. We can supply the fabricated grill all you have to do is insert the desiccant and add the glass. We believe it is a reflection of our quality and service that many of our customers have been with us since the company was formed in 1999. The management have decades of experience in the insulating glass industry. It is this experience and knowledge that allows us to run an efficient company and to resolve problems when others cannot.

It is not possible to include every design and customers are always coming up with something new. Simply email your drawing and we will respond promptly with a price and estimated delivery date.

Some customers prefer mitred joints, some prefer cruciform joints. Mitred joints do look particularly good in foiled finishes. We offer both options on our fabricated grills. Simply state your preference upon ordering.

Duplex or back to back style grills have become increasingly popular and we can offer a range of designs using Duplex system. Available in most sizes of spacer with pitch choices of 18, 24 and 30mm. Most designs are available in aluminium and warm edge spacer bar.

To comply with the move towards energy rated windows, we can offer grills with warm edge spacer. We can also offer a range of curved/shaped grills in warm edged spacer shaped to your drawings or templates.
